Focus Pro — App Privacy Policy
Effective date: 15 October 2026. This section applies to Focus Pro, the camera app (com.codecook.focusmate), not to our games.
Camera, microphone and photo library
Focus Pro uses the camera to capture photographs and video, and the microphone to record sound with video when permission is granted. Camera processing, focus peaking and histogram analysis take place on your device. The app does not upload your photographs, videos or audio to a developer-operated service.
With your permission, Focus Pro saves media to Apple Photos and can browse your photo library. Browsing may download originals stored in iCloud. Your iCloud Photos and Apple backup settings control Apple's synchronization and storage; the developer does not receive your photo library through these operations.
Purchases, preferences and the free usage trial
Purchases and restores use Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Apple handles billing; Focus Pro checks verified transaction information on your device to enable purchased tools. The app does not send receipts, transaction identifiers or purchase history to a developer server. Apple's account and payment processing is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Camera preferences, selected album references, onboarding state and cached purchase access are stored locally. The free usage trial counts time while the app is in the foreground and its camera session is active. Trial accounting is stored in device preferences and the device Keychain, and is not uploaded to the developer. Keychain data may persist after uninstalling, subject to Apple's platform behavior. Local diagnostic messages use Apple's system logging; the app does not automatically upload those logs to the developer.
Collection and your choices
Focus Pro has no advertising or analytics SDK, developer account system or developer-operated data upload endpoint. It does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. This does not mean that Apple receives no information when providing Photos, iCloud or purchase services.
You can change Camera, Microphone and Photos permissions in iOS Settings. Manage or delete saved media in Apple Photos and subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not delete photos already saved in Photos, cancel an Apple subscription or necessarily remove the trial Keychain entry. Device backups follow your Apple settings.
Support and privacy requests
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send through your email provider. We use this correspondence to respond and retain it only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, unless retention is required by law. Do not send passwords, payment details or private photos you do not want reviewed. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete support correspondence, contact support@codecook.ch. For feedback: feedback@codecook.ch. Changes to this section will be identified by its effective date.
Nerd Control — App Privacy Policy
Effective date: 15 October 2026. This section applies to Nerd Control (also called NerdControl), including Nerd Control Pro, not to our games.
Local miner management
Nerd Control discovers and manages compatible miners on your local network. Miner addresses, identifiers, names, model and subnet information, telemetry and settings you choose to send are processed on your device and communicated directly to your miners. We do not operate a miner-control server or require a Nerd Control account.
Miner APIs use local HTTP rather than encrypted HTTPS. Use a network you trust: people with access to that network may be able to observe traffic. When you apply pool or wallet/worker settings, your miners receive them; the miners' subsequent communication with mining pools is governed by the miner firmware and pool provider, not by a developer relay.
Information stored on your device
The app saves discovered device metadata, friendly names, display order, preferences and pool and wallet/worker defaults you explicitly save in Global mining settings. Numeric telemetry is stored as one-minute averages for 24 hours and fifteen-minute averages for seven days, with older points pruned during use. Raw miner API responses, pool passwords, per-miner worker readings and authentication codes are not persisted by the app. Tune & Test results are held in memory for the app session.
You can forget miners or change saved settings in the app. Removing app data removes normal local preferences and history; copies in device backups are controlled by your operating system's backup settings. Settings sent to miners remain on those devices until changed there.
Purchases and the free hour
On iOS, Apple processes payments and manages purchase and subscription records through StoreKit. Nerd Control checks verified entitlements on your device. We do not receive your payment card information or operate a developer receipt-validation server. Apple's handling is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Manage subscriptions through your Apple Account; deleting the app does not cancel them.
The free-hour usage counter is stored in the iOS Keychain and may remain after deleting and reinstalling the app, subject to Apple's platform behavior, to prevent the free hour from restarting. Trial notices and reminder preferences are stored locally. The app does not upload this counter to the developer or use an advertising identifier.
Public Bitcoin network data and retained IP addresses
The overview requests public Bitcoin network difficulty from mempool.space over HTTPS while active, refreshing approximately every five minutes. These requests omit cookies and referrers and do not contain miner details, wallet addresses or worker names. However, mempool.space receives your public IP address and request information.
The mempool.space Privacy Policy, checked on 15 October 2026, states that operational webserver logs containing IP addresses and requests are deleted after ten days. It also describes its own first-party analytics with IP redaction. Its current policy governs its processing and retention; the developer cannot delete its logs. Nerd Control has no advertising, tracking SDK or analytics backend, but this is not a claim that Apple or mempool.space receives no information.
Permissions, support and requests
Local Network permission enables discovery and miner communication. System notifications, when enabled, show miner alerts. Manage permissions in system settings. Websites or miner dashboards you choose to open have their own privacy practices.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send and use it to answer your request. We retain correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, unless retention is required by law. Do not send miner passwords, authentication codes, wallet secrets or private keys. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete support correspondence, contact support@codecook.ch. For feedback: feedback@codecook.ch. Changes to this section will be identified by its effective date.
Dronomi Maps — App Privacy Policy
Effective date: 15 October 2026. This section applies to the Dronomi Maps official-map browser (app.dronomi.maps), not to our games or the separate development-only Dronomi Planner app.
Data on your device
Dronomi Maps does not require a developer account. Favorites, recent countries and visit dates, home-country selection, appearance preferences and flight-preparation checks are saved locally on your device. The developer does not receive these records. Device backups may include them according to your Apple settings. The app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs, or the Google Maps and Mapbox native SDKs used by the separate development planner. Official websites can still load their own mapping and other services.
Official websites, cookies and IP addresses
When you open a map or source, the embedded browser connects directly to that publisher and the services used by its website. These services receive web requests, including your IP address, requested pages and browser information. They may retain access logs, use cookies or other website storage, collect information you enter, or request location permission. Each provider's privacy policy governs its collection and retention; there is no single retention period across all official websites. Dronomi Maps does not send a browsing history or webpage content to the developer or extract provider passwords.
Browser cookies, caches and provider sessions can persist on your device between visits. The optional on-device cookie helper looks for known Reject, Decline or Essential-only controls and clicks them. It never chooses Accept All. Unsupported banners and legal notices remain for your manual choice. This helper cannot prevent the initial web request, guarantee that all tracking is blocked or delete data a provider already received.
Foreground location and Apple's geocoding service
With your permission and location suggestions enabled, Dronomi Maps requests a location while open and uses Apple's geocoding service to recommend a country. Apple may process the location to provide that service under Apple's Privacy Policy. The app requests kilometer-level accuracy for this feature; actual location precision is controlled by iOS and your permission settings.
Dronomi Maps does not persist your coordinates or send them to the developer, and performs no background location tracking. The detected-country recommendation is held in memory. Countries you open or select for flight preparation may be saved locally with your other preferences. You can turn suggestions off, deny location permission and choose manually. A website may separately request permission to show your position and process the location you allow it to receive; its policy applies.
Retention and your controls
In Settings, you can turn off location suggestions and automatic cookie rejection, disable or clear recent countries, and clear website data. Clearing website data removes browser cookies, cached pages and provider sessions, but keeps favorites. Use a country's star to remove a favorite; change your home country in the app and reset flight-preparation checks by starting a new flight. Removing the app deletes its normal local app data; backup copies follow your Apple settings. Clearing local records does not erase data already held by Apple or third-party publishers: contact the relevant provider for its retention and deletion options.
Support and privacy requests
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send and use it to respond. We retain correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, unless retention is required by law. Do not send provider passwords or sensitive flight information you do not want reviewed. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete support correspondence, contact support@codecook.ch. For feedback: feedback@codecook.ch. Changes to this section will be identified by its effective date.
Visiting this policy website
These app-specific descriptions distinguish app processing from visiting a website. This shared policy page is delivered through Amazon Web Services and loads Google Fonts. Those providers receive normal connection information, including your IP address and the requested resources, to deliver and protect their services. Their processing is governed by the AWS Privacy Notice and Google Privacy Policy; no fixed log-retention period is promised here. Opening support, privacy or third-party links is separate from local app processing.
